Baoky Ngoc - HEAD CHEF

 

Chef Baoky comes from a rich culinary background. Born in Vietnam, he moved to Belgium at the age of 3. His love and passion for cooking has followed him through his various endeavors.

 

His culinary journey led him to the kitchen of Christophe Hardiquest (chef of the year 2011, 19.5/20 Gault & Millau Restaurant Guide); chef and owner of the 2-star Michelin restaurant called BON-BON. His Michelin star experience refined his skills and taught him the importance of using fresh, high quality, local / terroir products.

 

Chef Baoky then opened his own Café/Bakery in Brussels with a catering service department where he developed unique experiences for corporate businesses and private clients.

 

Now his journey turns to another exciting opportunity to start a restaurant with his family in San Jose, CA. The moment has finally come to realize his full culinary potential as the head chef of Élyse Restaurant.
